Elena Mikhalina, Head of Marketing & Traffic
Having graduated from the City University of London with a degree in Media and Communications Elena joined 3B in 2018 in a Marketing Assistant role. After a year at 3B, her role became much wider than just a marketing assistant. She’s now doing a wide range of things from content creation and social media to the more technical stuff!
Elena is now our Head of Marketing and Traffic; a position of huge and overarching responsibility for the content and marketing output of all our clients whilst also being Project Lead on our entire Development output.
She spends her free time travelling the world, you’d be surprised to find out how many countries she can visit in a month without taking a single day off :)
