Alex came specifically to web design in early 1998 at a time when the only web design companies were to be found within established Advertising Agencies. 

David joined 3B in early 2016 in a DevOps role with an aim to streamline the company's development processes, increase the productivity of the developers, and handle backend server configuration and maintenance. His role has evolved over the years to include project planning and having increased oversight and management of the output of the development team.

Greg is a Graphic Designer with a keen eye for clean, sharp design. Ever striving to produce relevant, up to date and aesthetically pleasing work he is also the only one in the office actually able to almost kick the ceiling.

As a young boy Adam was given a computer. He is very old and it was along time ago so you can imagine just how useless it was. After loading the operating system from a cassette he then spent hours typing in programs published in magazines - these rarely worked properly so he fixed them.
